Model # Top Clamp: 21.519055-G2, Bottom Clamp: SLZ4-2159059-R
Fitment: Suzuki RMZ250 2004 - 2006;
**Additional Fitment:
*Possibly but not 100% sure, but I researched these should also fit 03-07 KX250, 03-05 KX125, 04-05 KX250f. I test fit these to my 2007 KX250 and they went on great but I never tightened them down and rode with them. Everything seemed to fit well w/ stock fork tubes & steering stops.

Condition: Used and in good condition. Some fading & wear as to be expected due to age. Lower steering bearing removed & will need a new one. See pictures for details.
