MX Locker may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products, services, or promotions that we offer at the time we collect personal information. These supplemental privacy policies will govern how we may process the information in the context of the specific product, service, or promotion.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” (also referred to as “Personal Data”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable individual. MX Locker, Inc. owns and operates an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of powersports vehicles, parts, accessories, gear, and related products. The purpose of our marketplace is to facilitate transactions between users and, in certain cases, to sell products directly to users.
If you create a listing on our marketplace to sell a vehicle, part, accessory, gear item, or other product through the Services, you may be required to provide certain personal information to MX Locker to complete the transaction and to help protect buyers and sellers from fraud. This additional personal information may include payment data (such as credit card information), or detailed information about you including your driver’s license, proof of ownership, or social security number. Payment and identity verification information may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. For example, payments made through the Services are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. When you submit payment information through the Services, that information is transmitted directly to the payment processor and is subject to the payment processor’s privacy policy and terms. MX Locker does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

One of the features of the Service is that it allows you to enable various online third party services, such as Facebook and, payment service providers etc. (“Third Party Services”), to be directly integrated into your MX Locker experience. To take advantage of this feature, you must establish a connection between your MX Locker account and your account with the relevant Third Party Services. In some cases, you may be able to establish an account with MX Locker using your login credentials with a Third Party Service.
As part of such integration, such Third Party Services may provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to such Third Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, this information may include your Facebook username, user ID, profile picture, cover photo, and networks to which you belong (e.g., school, workplace). You may also have the opportunity to provide us with additional information via Third Party Services, such as a list of your friends or connections and your email address. You can read more about your privacy choices in the “Third Party Services” portion of the “Your Rights and Choices” section. The manner in which Third Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed solely by the policies of such third parties, and MX Locker shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third Party Service that may be enabled within the Service.
Information we obtain from other third parties: We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources. For example, a business partner may share your contact information with us if you have expressed interest in learning specifically about our products or services, or the types of products or services we offer. We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as marketing partners, publicly-available sources and data providers.

These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or online services that are not associated with us. We do not control third party websites, mobile applications or online services, and we are not responsible for their actions. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, process transactions, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention requirements, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights. Different types of information may be retained for different periods of time depending on the purpose for which the information was collected, including transaction records, account information, communications, and security-related data.
MX Locker employs organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us in this way.
If you choose to checkout as a guest, we collect information required to process your order, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment details. This information is used for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, account administration (including facilitating order tracking and the creation of a user account associated with the email address provided during checkout) and compliance with legal obligations. If an account is created in connection with a guest checkout purchase, you may access, update, or request deletion of your account information in accordance with the rights described in this Privacy Policy.
By subscribing to MX Locker, Inc SMS services, you agree to receive text messages from us. MX Locker, Inc. will send SMS messages to communicate with users regarding account activity, order confirmations, shipping updates, customer support responses, and other service-related notifications to improve the overall user experience. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time as described above.
