This product was designed to fit on a standard equipped motorcycle, as delivered from the factory. OE and aftermarket accessories not found on a bike as delivered from the factory may not be compatible with this product.

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for items that are listed or shipped incorrectly, at no charge.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, modified (including writing or marks), or missing parts.
Damaged or Missing Items: All shipments are insured. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us before opening a case or leaving feedback. Please see below the proper steps to take for damaged packages.
Restocking Fee: If you purchase a product in error ( incorrect size, model, or mistaken choice, etc.), a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. This fee is automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Return Policy: Buyer pays for the return shipping. If you use an MX Locker shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
Domestic Shipments: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your package ships and is also available on your MX Locker order page.
International Shipments: International orders are processed through MX Locker’s Global Shipping Program. Once your purchase is complete, items are sent to an MX Locker international facility. After leaving that facility, MX Locker manages all tracking, escalation, and customer service.
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees are not included in the item or shipping price.
Please note: Some international facilities may not currently accept shipments.
Combined Shipping: We make every effort to combine multiple purchases into one shipment to reduce costs when possible. However, large, heavy, or fragile items may not be eligible for combined shipping due to the risk of damage. Certain countries may also restrict oversized item shipping. Please contact us for more information.
All our shipments are protected by insurance. If your item arrives in damaged packaging, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth replacement or reimbursement process:
Report the Damage: Notify the shipping company directly (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Document the Condition: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and retain all original materials.
Follow Carrier Instructions: Complete the claim process as required by the shipping provider.
Please inspect all items carefully before use or installation. Once items are used or installed, the buyer assumes all liability.

Damaged Shipments: All shipments are protected by insurance. If your item(s) are received in damaged packaging, there are steps that you, as the customer, are responsible for in order for the reimbursement/replacement process to be fulfilled through our shipping partners. Report damaged shipments directly to the shipping company. Photograph and keep all original packaging following the process and requirements of the shipping company (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We do all that we can to ensure your items are delivered to you safely.
