TB Manual KLX110 Clutch Kit for all KLX110 Semi Auto Clutch Models
Complete bolt on kit. Easy to install. Includes an OPTIONAL primary clutch removal washer which removes two pounds of weight off the crankshaft resulting in quicker engine response. This also removes the centrifugal clutch making it “full manual” and much more suitable for big power builds! Proven bolt on kit for a great price!

- Easy installation (instructions available online)
- High quality 7/8″ lever set – Silver
- Extended cable (designed just for this kit) for use with stock bars or tall bars
Lever Installation Notes: There is no spot for a clutch pull switch, this can easily be deleted in most cases. Be sure to tighten the 10mm nut on the bottom side of the lever before use. Torque/tighten the 4mm Allen bolts to no more than 55 Inch – LBS (not FT-LB)
