Shipping Delays

Tracking Information
We ship via UPS, FedEx, GSO and USPS. Tracking will be uploaded to MX Locker as soon as the order has shipped. Tracking can be viewed on the "Order Details" page of the listing or on your "My MX Locker" purchase history summary page.

Shipping Charges
We offer free ground shipping for most domestic orders over $50. Expedited shipping may be available for some items for an additional charge. Handling Time
Some items may have an extended handling time. Please be sure to check the handling time shown on the Shipping and Payments tab. We offer ground shipping for all domestic shipments, which takes 2-14 days for delivery depending on buyer's location. If you need an item within a specific time-frame, please message us.

International Orders
We Ship via USPS Priority International or FedEx International Economy. Handling time is usually 3-5 business days. International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that are imposed by their respective government and any brokerage charges assessed by the carrier. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.

Store Policies

Order Cancellation
It may be possible to cancel an order, please message us and send a cancellation request within 10 minutes or placing your order. Our ordering system is automated and once its been processed, we are unable to cancel an order.

Sales Tax
We are required by state law to collect 9.5% sales tax for shipments to California addresses.

Return Policy
Be sure to open your order immediately upon receipt to check for accuracy. Items may be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging according to the guidelines described on the SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS tab above. All tags must be attached, retail packaging must be sealed and in brand new condition, and item must not have been worn, used or installed. Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box or poly bag in order to prevent damage to the item and the retail packaging. Please do not place labels on the manufacturer box.
