IT COMES AS PICTURED, RIM SPINS NICE AND STRAIGHT WITH NO BENDS, NO DENTS AND NO CRACKS. ALL OF THE SPOKES ARE THERE AND TIGHT. HUB IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE AS WELL. ALSO INCLUDES A GOOD BRAKE ROTOR. TIRE IS OKAY BUT SHOULD BE REPLACED.
