Bought this and ran it on my beta for the oregon BDR, so approximately 1k miles. Swapped my fuel pump back into the original tank as I traded the bike in this week. Comes as pictured, and included pics of it on the bike so you can see fitment. You'll need to relocate or disconnect the map switch as the bulge basically takes the place of the trim for it.
