This one the car body is bad and broken but it does have idle screw free butterflies and the floats seem to operate well the bowl is good too.
Just a spare parts carburetor I got this in a box when I picked up in 1991 GSXR 750. I have no idea if exactly that's what this carburetor goes to but it seems similar carburetor top diaphragm at the vacuum port has been damaged or missing see picture with pencil. Otherwise butterflies operate freely floats seem good CV diaphragm appears solid and soft rubber.
