In 2021 the outer basket, plates and outer clutch cover changed to accomodate the changed clutch set-up. Rekluse has different P/N's due to the basket change, so they sell 2019-2020 and 2021-2023 clutch assemblies for use with a OEM basket. The push rod P/N 13116-0740 is shared from 2019-2023 so just swap out your complete clutch with this full assembly and it will bolt right up and work.
