This is the rear seat tail cover (Suzuki calls it “BOX, SEAT TAIL”) from a 2014 Suzuki Boulevard M109R / VZR1800, part number 45500-48G60-KGK in the Yellow/Black factory color scheme.
This piece is in used condition and has a 3-inch crack at the very rear tip of the cover. It still mounts up securely and is fully functional — nothing broken on the mounting tabs. The crack could be repaired or plastic-welded by someone handy, or just run as-is if you're not worried about cosmetics.
