In perfect working condition. Very sealed up. Whoever redid the packing made suren there are no leaks at all see images. Has no affect on performance. Very few scratches, no dents that I can see. Had the universal mounting bracket, I believe this was the going to go on a xr250. Probably wasn't the correct size. Looks as close to new as you can get used. Came off a 2005 Honda XR650R. Will fit other models, check to make sure it fits yours before buying. I do not ship to war zones.
