We sell used parts, and not all parts are in "New" or "Like New" condition. These are used parts that have normal wear and tear and, in some circumstances, are damaged in some way. We closely inspect each part before listing to ensure we are providing you with a good part.

      Used parts normally have scratches and/or other blemishes not easily captured by the camera lens. This will be true of any used part bought on MX Locker or any other e-commerce platform for private sales. If you need a near-perfect part, it is recommended to buy in person to preview first or new from a dealer. This part is a fraction of the cost of a new one and may not be a good purchase for the more sensitive/discerning shopper.

General Terms:

All used motorcycle frames will be sold as is in the condition they are described. By

purchasing a frame, you are essentially purchasing a vehicle/vessel and depending on your

state it is labeled accordingly. Used motorcycle frames are considered such because they

usually contain or are manufactured with a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The VIN

number tracks the vehicles history and can carry a series of brands on the title. The title will be

the legal representation of the VIN and will identify all brands. We will identify the status of the

vehicle and make sure that is known before you make your purchase.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to collect a vehicle history report of the used

motorcycle frame you are purchasing. We will provide the necessary paperwork like the title

and/or bill of sale if able. We are located in Washington state and follow the guidelines for

releasing interest in the vehicle/vessel as per applicable RCWs. It is not our responsibility to

ensure you are able to register and title the VIN in your name. We will, as courtesy, provide

documents pertaining to your states requirements to facilitate in making this process as trouble

free as possible.

We will not, under any circumstances alter or deface the title and/or the frame’s VIN. All

information required from us will be filled out prior to shipment, photographs of the paperwork

will be taken in the condition that it will arrive for quality assurance. Your portion to fill out and

sign will be left blank to avoid any errors or discrepancies. Please be careful not to destroy,

alter, or deface the paperwork. You only get one shot to register and title it without incurring

possible fees from us for a “redo”.

All used frames must be installed on the vehicle they are intended for as engineered

from the factory. Improperly installed frames can cause result is catastrophic failure, injury, or

death. It is highly recommended to have a certified technician perform the installation.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the used motorcycle frame for a

refund. Return shipping costs will be paid for by you, the buyer, unless there was a mistake on

our end. The return address is located at the top of this policy. It is recommended that you

utilize the same packaging that you received it in unless otherwise destroyed or damaged.

There will be a minimum of 3 business days to process the return. In order for us to process a

full refund you must return the paperwork as well. The frame and paperwork will be examined,

if there is any damage a charge will be applied to the return of funds. If the damage results in a

total loss there will be no refund. There is a 25% restocking fee on returns due to the costs

associated with renewing the title and man hours required to process the return.
