Who is responsible for shipping a return?

The Buyer will be responsible for returning the item.
What is eligible for a return?
If the item arrives damaged, defective or is different than advertised in the listing. If you decide you do not like/need the item after purchasing, we unfortunately can not accept your return request. You can always re-list the item on MX Locker!

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

This is up to the Seller. We always suggest communicating with the Seller before purchasing the item or viewing the Seller’s return policies.
How long do I have to report an issue with my item?

We allow a 48 hour window after the item has been delivered to report any issues with your order. After 48 hours, the funds are released to the Seller and the order is marked as “Complete”.
How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our support team with your order cancellation request. If your request falls within our cancellation policy, it will be processed and funds will be returned back to the original payment method.
How do I retract an offer?

Once submitted, all offers are binding and cannot be canceled. You must acknowledge and agree to these terms before submitting your offer. Offers automatically expire after 48 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?

We can cancel the item if you mistakenly purchased the incorrect item, a duplicate or would like to select a different item/changed your mind. If we suspect both parties are attempting to take the transaction outside of the platform, both accounts will be suspended and may be responsible for a cancellation fee.
How can I partially refund my Buyer?

Our support team will partially refund the Buyer upon mutual request from both parties. The refund will be deducted from your MX Locker balance and placed back on the Buyer’s original payment method.
How long does it take to receive my refund?

Depending on when the refund was initiated, it may take between 5-10 business days for funds to arrive. If funds are requested to go back to your MX Locker balance, it will typically be available within 48 hours of the request.
