Suzuki RM250 1991

Title in hand  Fully restored never touched the dirt since  Was messing with the carb a lot because it was leaking gas but ran perfectly clean   Parked it for 6 months and now can’t get it to start again so guessing it needs to be cleaned every bolt on this bike is brand new or vapor blasted and buffed to make look new
