Restored 1993 Honda CR 250 This project was to preserve history by restoring a classic 1993 CR 250 and replicate Jeff Stanton’s #1 factory bike from that year. I selected the parts that best represented the early ‘90s era. None of the modern aesthetic styles were introduced. This bike can be a show piece or it’s ready to race. • The project’s goal was to have a detailed and highly quality outcome. • This is my dream bike that I built; however, I never intended to ride it due to age and health conditions. • Title in hand. Bike is sold as is. • The bike was built to be durable and perform better than when it rolled off the showroom in 1993. • Including the purchase of the bike and new parts, I’ve invested into the bike $10,450 and no less than 100 hours for the restoration. Asking $10,450. The bike currently has less than 10-15 minutes running, just to warm it up and seat the rings. The restored bike has never touched dirt or asphalt/concrete. Everything is fresh, polished, and clean and I’ve worked on removing all scratches. The bike should be treated like a new bike regarding spokes, warming it up, jetting, suspension tuning, tightening bolts et al. Contact: Mike Thomas.
