2011 Suzuki RMZ-450 for sale. Bikes been taken down to the frame and rebuilt from the ground up. There are zero hours on the current chassis and suspension setup. The motors been inspected and ready for another season, total top-end hours are unknown. During inspection the throttle body was disassembled and cleaned and the hot-start was rebuilt. New Suzuki clutches, plates, and springs are installed with a billet Hinson cover. A new Yoshimura RS-4 exhaust was put on, and new HPS hoses added with a fluid change using maxima 530mx and coolanol coolant. The frame, subframe, swing-arm, and triple clamp has been acid dipped and powder/ clear coated, anything that’s bare aluminum has been polished. During reassembly all chassis bearings, bushings, and seals were replaced with Pivot-Works hardware and re-packed with Maxima high-temp grease. SpecBolt-Nickel Works and RaceTech Titanium fasteners were used so 90% of the fasteners on the bike are brand new, two spec-bolt kits come with the bike for spares and maintenance. Forks and Shock rebuilt by Factory Connection out of Muskogee, the rear spring is a FC spring powder coated in gloss black. The bike is currently on a Devol racing billet 1.25” lowering link but comes with a pro-circuit linkage as a spare. New front and rear Warp-9 Elite wheel-sets (anodized rim with billet hubs), Dunlop tires/ tubes, Motion-pro tube locks, and MP wheel tape. New Galfer brake rotors, front and rear, with new Renthal sprockets installed as well. Calipers and master-cylinders are freshly rebuilt with Galfer pads and hoses. For controls it has new ODI bars, ODI clamps, and ODI and lock-on grips installed with ASV unbreakable levers and a Ride Engineering billet kill-switch. Fresh motion-pro cables all the way around. Zeta Trigger brake pedal, Raptor Titanium pegs, and an aluminum shifter as well.
