This is a fresh complete top to bottom full build finished in July 2024. The bike has been taken down to the frame and professionally power coated in kawi green. The motor has been completely torn down and completely vapor blasted and rebuilt with all new bearings seals and gaskets, weisco crank, new namura 70mm stock bore piston and rings, V force reeds, new clutch plates, rebuilt carburetor, procircut exhaust along with lots of custom touches. The suspension has been rebuilt both front and back along with fresh black powder coat on the rear spring. The front forks were completely torn down and vapor blasted before finishing the upper fork tubes in black cerakote prior to a complete rebuild. The 21" front and 19" rear Excel wheels were also completely taken down and done with fresh black powder coat on the rims and kawi green hubs before being rebuilt with new Excel spokes and new Tusk Imex T45 tires, new chain and sprokets, rebuilt calipers, new pads and rotors, new braided brake lines. Every bearing bushing and seal has been replaced on the whole bike, new oversized rads, new OEM style plastics with factory style era graphic kit, D-cor gripper seat, pro taper bars with pillow grips and breakaway levers. Other than running through the heat cycles and a brief 10 min ride this is a brand new/old bike! The bike is showroom condition and runs and operates flawlessly.
