Description
Brand new WP forks with KYB inserts based off the 18+ YZ250F/450F forks. Race Tech Gold Valve kit with compression, rebound and low speed valving. Set with split stack shim pattern. Free Pistons upgraded to aluminum set from Lainer Suspension. (The regular conversion kits come with plastic that normally breaks) RideJBI pro perch 2.0 spring perch with fluid control ports and shims. Blue parts in the photo. (Regular conversion kit comes with open port plastic) Technical Touch axle lugs Comes with 2021 KTM axel and wheel spacers so forks can be used on KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas. Black KYB fork caps (regular conversion kits come with blue) Comes with RaceTech Titanium axle pinch bolts and titanium fork guard bolts. Axel and spacers are OEM KTM 2021 250SX. Belray 5wt oil at 330cc volume. Ready to bolt on and start riding. Built for 140lb WXC pro, or 165/170lb amateur. Plastic Case not included: will ship well packed in a cardboard suspension box. This kit was built as a spare set of forks for GNCC WXC rider but switched brands and no longer need them. They have never been bolted on a bike. The KYB forks used for the internals were OEM Yamaha YZ250F with modifications with race tech valves, pro perch, free pistons.
