IT COMES AS PICTURED, RIM SPINS NICE AND STRAIGHT WITH NO BENDS, NO DENTS AND NO CRACKS. ALL OF THE SPOKES ARE THERE AND TIGHT. HUB LOOKS GOOD WITH NO CRACKS OR DAMAGE. TIRE IS OLD AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. BRAKE ROTOR LOOKS USEABLE.
