IT COMES AS PICTURED. WATER JACKET ALUMINUM INSERT IS MISSING. SO A NEW/USED ONE WILL NEED TO BE PRESSED IN (SEE PICTURES). CYLINDER SLEEVE IS STEEL AND WILL NEED TO BE BORED OUT TO THE NEXT SIZE.
