Bought this couple years ago, only wore it twice. It’s a just barely small for me the next size up was to big. I’m a weird in between size. Protects elbows, shoulders, chest, back. The back plate is removable if you were a hydration pack. The whole thing is adjustable, It fit my arms and shoulders perfectly. I’m a bit too big in the waste and chest areas. I paid $199.89+taxes I’ll take $80 OBO
