The Arlen Ness 15-Spoke performance air cleaner is cnc machined from forged billet aluminum and inspired by factory H-D turbine wheels. The unique hidden breather design is o-ringed at the heads, passes through the backing plate and exits inside the throttle body through “shooter” tubes, which help eliminate excess oil blow-by.
