We spend hours inspecting our parts but due to the volume of our parts sometimes we miss small defects.
If you have an issue with any of our merchandise, please message us first! We are easy to work with and always happy to correct any mistakes.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee our parts are good at the time of installation. We cannot warranty against use, abuse, negligence, or damage that occurs during or after install.

PAYMENT

Payment is required at purchase. Unpaid items are automatically cancelled after 4 days.
We only accept payment through MX Locker’s secure payment system.
You can use PayPal or a credit/debit card with MX Locker for secure processing.
We leave positive feedback as soon as payment is received.

SHIPPING

We ship to the MX Locker provided address only. We are not able to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.
Most items ship with USPS first-class or priority depending on weight. Larger items ship with UPS or Fedex.
Large, bulky, or heavy items will need a physical address instead of P.O. Box. If a physical address is not available, we will attempt to contact the buyer for a physical address.
If a physical address is not obtainable, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the USPS shipping cost exceeds the UPS or Fedex cost.
Tracking is automatically uploaded to MX Locker as soon as we ship.
Overnight shipping is available Monday – Thursday. UPS does not deliver overnight shipping on Saturdays.
If you need it overnight, please send an MX Locker message and we can add that as an option.

ALASKA | HAWAII | PUERTO RICO
We ship to these locations using USPS. These locations are expensive to ship to and there may be an additional shipping expense.
Please message us before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship internationally via the MX Locker Global Shipping Program.
Any duties, taxes, or importing fees charged by MX Locker for global shipping are not included in our price.
Any surcharge for international shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
We ship to the MX Locker terminal and your order is forwarded to its international destination.
Tracking and delivery date may be delayed due to customs and other variables.
We do NOT modify item values or mark them as gift or below sale value.

HANDLING
We reserve two business days for handling. Our goal is to ship most items within one business day Monday – Friday. We do not offer local-pickup for any orders.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery date. After 14 days sales are considered final. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We are happy to accept a return for full refund if we made a mistake or the item is not as described.
Please message us before leaving negative feedback.

ELECTRONICS
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the nature of electronics, we can NOT honor a return for any reason.
We test all electronics before sale, once they leave our warehouse, we cannot verify they are in usable condition.
This includes but not limited to ECUs, ECMs, CDIs, control boxes, speedometers, wire harnesses & more.

WEAR ITEMS
We cannot speculate the amount of life is remaining, if any, on wear & tear items such as: bearings, ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends, seals, brake pads, gaskets, pistons, rings, clutch plates and cables.
These items should be inspected and replaced before use. We make every effort to note any deficiency.
