Cylinder and piston assembly from a 2000 Yamaha YZ250. This is a clean, low-hour piece that’s been vapor honed for a like-new appearance. The cylinder walls are smooth with no scoring or major damage, and the bore measures approximately 66.4mm.
The included piston is provided as a free extra, allowing the buyer to decide whether to reuse it or install a new one during rebuild. This setup is ideal for a replacement, performance refresh, or restoration project.
This is one of the cleaner cylinders you’ll find for a YZ250 of this era — excellent overall shape and ready to bolt on.
