Description
Freshly Rebuilt ,Zero Hour CR500. Vapor Basted Cases, New Hot Rod Crank Kit (stock stroke) ,New Bearings ,New Seals , New Wiseco Piston (stock bore 871MO8900) ,Fresh Cylinder Hone ,Pro Design Cool Head w/compression release ,VForce Reeds ,QRC Strait Billet Carb Boot ,New Boyesen Covers (clutch and stator), Kickstart Plug This was built for an open kart engine, but I decided to go a different route. Can be converted back by adding kicker gears. All transmission gears are inside the case (1-5) none were removed. The Case had damage when I bought it, I had it tig welded up and as you can see in the pics I applied jb welded to smooth up the grinder marks. JB is cosmetic only not structural. All electronics will be included Have a stock Keihin carb, vapor blasted and ready to go. Will include with sale. Kart Pipe and Mount can be included for another 200.00 Fresh and Ready to Rip no matter what it’s bolted to. Thanks for Looking
