I believe this to be an oem original stock 1970 Honda CT70 Kickstarter with the original OEM rubber that still has the Honda emblem on it
Splines are excellent there's no bolt opens and closes spring loaded on the top just fine slight surface rust would come off quickly with a brass brush
Nice original part you might want to even just for the rubber
This is a nice original part if you're truly interested make a reasonable offer and I will most likely accept it remember this rubber cover is built with pure unobtainium
