KX250 2 Stroke

2004 KX250 This bike was only rode around the block a couple of times and has never touched dirt. This bike has been completely gone through from top to bottom. It was built as if I was going to keep it myself. Just finished the build 7-13-25. Suspension: • Forks off a 2023 KX40. Showa forks with DLC coating. New seals and serviced • Rear shock rebuilt and re-valved with Race Tech gold valve and new seals. • 2023 KX450 triple clamps Chassis: • Power coated main frame and subframe purple. • Power coated rear swing arm black. • New Wheels with purple hoops, black hubs, black spokes and black nipples. • New brake rotors front and rear • New front and rear sprockets • New DID chain • New IMS pro foot pegs • New front and rear tires • All new linkage and swing arm bearings • New steering bearings Brakes: • Front brake of 2023 KX450 (master cylinder and caliper) • New Pads front and rear. • Cerakoted front and rear calipers in titanium color. • New rear brake line • Rear caliper and master cylinder rebuild. Engine: • Fully rebuilt. • All new bearings • New crank and rod • New piston • New Phat head high compression head in purple • Cases and the covers on the cylinder Cerakoted in gloss black • Cylinder was sent out to Power Seal for re-plating • All new engine bolts • New radiator hoses in green • New Radiators • New SC3 smart carb • New Boysen ignition and clutch covers. • New Boyson Reeds • All new gaskets and seals • New air filter • New spark plug • New clutch • New clutch basket Controls: • New purple twin wall Renthal bars • New purple ASV brake lever • New purple ASV clutch lever and perch. • New clutch cable • New throttle cable • New ODI grips • New hour meter Plastics: • TX race restyle kit that uses 2024 KX450 plastics • New seat that comes in kit • New fork guards • New purple Guts seat cover • 1994 factory reto graphics. • Most all new bolts Exhaust: • New Pro Circuit pipe • New Pro Circuit silencer If you have any questions let know.
