No-Mar Spoke Weights

NoMar Wheel Weights feature a stainless steel set screw to hold them in place and are sized to fit around the spoke itself, not the nipple. These are completely reusable, unlike other crimp-on designs. Just use an Allen key to add, remove or reposition the weights. Pre-applied threadlock keeps the set screw secured and the flat profile enables multiple weights to be stacked on a single spoke for achieving the perfect balance.

Note: For reference, adhesive-backed weights are commonly available in 7 gram increments (0.25 Oz). Also for reference, if you're trying to balance a wheel with a Nuetech Tubliss Gen 2.0 Kit, you're likely going to need around 4.5 Oz.
