The ADV 9.5 Carbon helmet kit provides ultimate protection and performance for adventurous riders. It is constructed from a six layer carbon matrix and four densities of impact foam, strategically fixed to maximize protection, reduce shell size and weight. Furthermore, it features Leatt’s patented 360º Turbine Technology 360° Turbine Technology mitigates rotational acceleration and low-velocity linear acceleration up to 41% - significantly reducing the risk of serious head and brain injuries during a crash. Disc-shaped "turbines" are constructed from an energy-absorbing, non-Newtonian polymer and are strategically placed along the inside of the helmet’s EPS liner against the skull. These turbines deform and bend, reducing rotational impact forces and absorbing energy from a crash. , where the energy absorption of the turbines helps reduce the low-speed impact energy to the head and brain. The helmet is conveniently fastened with a Fidlock magnetic buckle which can be quickly and easily secured wearing gloves.
