White walls are purely for style and also come in Narrow White Wall (N W W) and Narrow White Stripe (N W S) varieties. " indicates Wide White Wall while " NWS Narrow White Stripe (N W S) tires have a thin stripe of white along the tire's sidewall. White walls are purely for style. The white wall "family" consists of Wide White Walls (W W W), Narrow White Walls (N W W) and Narrow White Stripe (N W S) tires. N W S tires have the thinnest sidewall stripe of these three tire types. " indicates Narrow White Stripe.
