Billet aluminum construction top clamp that was designed to cover the entire clamping area of 1 1/4" handlebars that are sized down to 1". Also provides better support for stock or aftermarket handlebars and strengthens the risers as it improves control. For use with 3 1/2" on center risers with offset holes.
