Alpinestars SMX Waterproof Jacket

With a main chassis constructed with 600D polyfabric and stretch softshell the Alpinestars SMX Waterproof jacket was designed for the optimal blend of durability, light weight and comfort. This jacket is equipped with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment on its fixed waterproof membrane for proven wet weather performance, and has a detachable thermal liner, allowing it to be adapted to the weather conditions for real world versatility. It also features subtly incorporated class-leading Nucleon Flex Plus armor for proven impact protection and is fully optimized for use with or without Tech-Air 5, Alpinestars world leading electronic airbag safety system. Strategically positioned stretch panel inserts have been designed to accommodate Alpinestars Airbag System, allowing expansion when the airbag inflates but also offering a high level of anatomical performance and a superior fit when riding without the system fitted.
