Seller was very responsive when the goggles were delayed and even offered a refund. Eventually, they arrived. However, I think they spent too much time in intense heat during shipping because the rubber/silicone on the headband had turned into sticky goop. Fortunately, I contacted Scott, and they mailed out a new one the next day. I recommended this seller and Scott goggles for their customer service. A+
