Packaged well and shipped fast

It's ridiculous that this dump can was purchased on 4/11 and a shipping inquiry was sent last week with absolutely no reply, only to now receive a refund notice that most likely will take a minimum of two weeks. What i would like to know from Austin & MX Locker, is to whom is going to make this botched sale right? Either one of you have been using my money for beer and tacos for nearly the last month. Normally i charge 15% for short term money loans. I would appreciate this situation be rectified in some sort of realistic manner. Thanks for your kind assistance
