Description
This is a standard kill button to replace the OEM Yamaha Map switch found on the 2023-2025 YZ450F and the 2024-2025 YZ250F The OEM map switch is known to fail and cause the bike to shut off and not restart when it gets wet. This removes the map switch and replaces it with a regular kill switch. It is a plug and play system. NO WIRING required. Unplug the OEM switch and plug this one in and mount on the handlebars and you are ready to ride. The bike will be running in whatever MAP it was in when you last shut the bike off. IF You want to change maps you can simply plug in the OEM map switch right above the left radiator and start the bike and switch the maps then unplug and plug back in this replacement kill switch.
