TB Race Head for 88cc Bore Kit - All Models
This kit allows you to upgrade your 1988 or newer Z50, XR50, or CRF50 that already has our basic 88cc kit with our race head V1. This kit includes our complete race head and camshaft ready to bolt on with the matching piston and gaskets. We also include our port matched intake for use with our 20mm carb or other appropriate 48.5mm flange mount carbs. TBparts V1 race head features a much larger 25mm intake valve and a 22mm exhaust valve. Both made from stainless steel (21-4n) for superior quality. Next the ports are designed to match the new larger valves that have also been angled for better flow. Combined with the performance cam we use and you will feel a large power difference with our V1 race head. Key Features: Assembled with Large 25/22mm Stainless steel (21-4n) Valves. (High lift springs installed) Bigger cooling fins New 88cc piston kit for the V1 race head Complete top end gasket kit Intake kit with hardware Note – 1991 and older engines will need TBW0861. We recommend purchasing a high volume oil pump kit (TBW0226). It will save a lot of time and effort if the oil pump is installed while installing the bore kit (requires cylinder removal).
