Product Description

The SKF 115-0485D is a high-performance Dual Compound Fork Seal Kit designed specifically for 48mm WP forks. This kit utilizes an innovative, patent-pending co-molding production technology to deliver superior sealing performance and durability. By combining advanced rubber compounds with a newly engineered metal insert and re-designed scraping and oil sealing lips, these seals provide enhanced contamination exclusion and improved fork tube followability to conform to tube deflection. The kit includes a dedicated open-wound DS spring, which maintains constant force over time and prevents debris accumulation between the coils. These seals are built to withstand rigorous use, including resistance to dislodgement during high-pressure washing, while maintaining minimum friction for a smoother, more compliant ride. Please verify fitment for your specific application before purchasing.
