The Renthal Dual Compound grips blend the durability of Renthal's firm compound with the plush comfort and tactile feedback of softer compound grips. The tougher compound is strategically employed for the flange, inner sleeve, and outer-end to enhance tear resistance significantly. Simultaneously, the softer compound is specifically applied to the hand-contact areas to optimize absorption of shocks and vibrations.
