Returns:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment. 

Return Shipping Instructions: 
Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Please insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. 

Return/Exchange Instructions:
Enclose a copy of your packing list or e-mail invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to our warehouse.

This item may contain certain chemicals or other agents that may cause Cancer or other illnesses.  If you reside in California, and would like to cancel your order, you may do so.  Please be aware of our shipping cutoff times.  If your order is placed before 3:00pm EST, you will have until 3:00pm EST the same day to cancel that order prior to shipping.  If your order is placed after 3:00pm EST, you will have until 3:00pm EST the following business day to cancel the order.  Please make sure to say in your cancellation request that it is a Prop 65 cancellation request.
