This is a genuine KTM tyre locker, also known as a rim lock, designed for 1.85-inch wide rims. Its primary function is to secure the tire bead to the rim, preventing the tire from spinning on the wheel. This is especially critical for off-road and motocross applications where running low tire pressures for enhanced traction is common. By locking the tire in place, it prevents the inner tube's valve stem from being torn off during aggressive acceleration or braking. Please verify fitment for your specific application before purchasing.
Key Features
- Genuine KTM OEM part
- Designed specifically for 1.85" wide rims
