What’s Included Our base rebuild package includes: ● Complete engine teardown ● Engine case splitting ● Thorough inspection of all engine components ● Complete cleaning of all parts ● Vapor-honing of engine cases for a like-new appearance ● Inspection of all bearings ● Complete engine gasket set ● Complete engine seal set ● New aftermarket crankshaft ● New clutch kit ● New cylinder ● Cylinder head resurfacing ● New intake valves ● Valve adjustment (shim as needed) ● New valve stem seals ● New timing chain ● New piston (compression ratio of your choice) Round-trip shipping is included in the base price. Shipping Instructions We only accept engines shipped in a 60-quart Igloo cooler with wheels. Please: ● Drain all fluids before shipping. ● Secure the engine inside the cooler to prevent movement during transit. ● Screw the cooler lid securely in place. ● Attach the shipping label provided by Six4 Motorsports. (Reference photos of properly packaged engines are available upon request.) Turnaround Time Our typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date we receive your engine. Warranty coverage applies to work performed by Six4 Motorsports only. Repairs performed by another shop will void the warranty. If your engine ever needs warranty service, the time your engine is in our shop does not count against your warranty period. Your warranty will be extended by the amount of time your engine is being repaired.
