FACTORY OEM 1997 ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRICAL HARNESS — MASSIVE BUILDER LOT WITH DETAILED WIRING REPAIR NEEDED! 💥

Up for sale is a complete factory OEM Harley-Davidson main chassis and engine electrical wiring harness loom. Removed directly from an Evolution-era 1997 FLHTCU Ultra Classic Electra Glide, this massive electrical package comes completely loaded with the main power distribution lines, the factory front-to-rear frame runs, the original orange circuit-labeled fuse block, a dual 40A relay socket block carrying twin 9000296N 12V relays, and the specialized auxiliary "Sound System Fuses" filter sub-box assembly.

This comprehensive wiring schematic is direct factory equipment for standard 1997 Harley-Davidson Touring models (specifically the premium FLHTCU/I Ultra Classic setups carrying full audio instrumentation). It serves as a fantastic donor harness for custom choppers, retro bagger builds, or an excellent salvage source for harvesting vintage color-coded wires, original multi-pin Deutsch connectors, and factory fuse blocks that are getting incredibly tough to find.

✨ FEATURES & COMPONENTS INCLUDED: ✨

👉 Orange-Label Fuse Block: Main distribution junction carrying original color-coded tracks for MAIN 30A, R. BRAKE, L. BRAKE, SIGNAL, HEADLIGHT, IGNITION, FAN, ACCESSORY, and SPARE circuits.

⚠️ 🚨 CRITICAL WIRE REPAIR CONDITION REPORT: ⚠️

🛑 Pinched/Damaged Wiring Sections: This is a pre-owned warehouse takeoff loom that exhibits clear localized wiring damage. As clearly highlighted in the high-resolution close-up photos, some sections of the heavy black outer vinyl harness protective sleeve have been cut back or crushed, exposing the underlying color-coded wires. Multiple individual wire strands have been pinched, nicked, or partially severed.

🛑 Repair Requirements: This harness assembly is sold strictly AS-IS, for parts salvage or repair. To use this on a running motorcycle, you must have intermediate electrical experience to trim back, splice, solder, or heat-shrink the pinched sections properly.

🛑 General Patina: The vinyl sleeves and plastic connector plugs show standard engine bay warehouse handling dirt, dust, and dried grease residue from long-term storage. The copper pins inside the plugs remain straight and free of green water corrosion.

Please review all high-resolution photos closely to inspect the exact wire damage channels, fuse box tracks, and terminal plug styles before purchasing.
