Participants: Only the individuals named in the purchased experience will be permitted. No additions can be made after purchase. Dress Code: Closed-toed shoes are mandatory for access. No shoes, no entry. Schedule Variability: Event times and components are subject to change without prior notice. Track Walks are dependent on the weather. Road 2 Recovery is not responsible for Track Walk delays or cancelations due to weather conditions. Liability Release: A signed Liability and Publicity Release is required at the R2R booth on the day of the event. Day of Updates: All updates, including day-of changes, will be emailed to the buyer's provided address on their MX Locker account. Photo opportunities on the track are at the discretion of Feld Motor Sports, and team rig photos need team approval. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow Feld Motor Sports' instructions at all times. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of payment to a winner's email address; please review them for ticketing details, pass access, FAQs, and further information. Pre-Race Experience Communication: One week before the race, R2R will send a detailed email including the race schedule, check-in locations, and Ticket transfer updates. Ticket Transfers: Race and Fan Fest Tickets will be transferred to the winner by the Friday before the race. Compliance: All guests must adhere to Feld Motor Sports' rules and guidelines; non-compliance may lead to ejection without a refund. Refund Policy: The experience is non-refundable. Experience Changes: The team rig/hauler tour and rider availability at meet and greets are subject to change. Autographed Jerseys: Autographed jerseys are at the brand's and riders' discretion. Most jerseys will be available for pickup at the Road 2 Recovery tent located in the Fan Fest. If they are not available, R2R will mail them to the winners' address.
