There’s adjustable draw strings u can loosen or tighten for fitting. U can also replace them to a larger length if u need more room to buckle them. Which I included. A must have for serious rider! About the knee braces - before I got them all I was using were some Fox knee and shin guards. Sure they would protect my knees and shins from bangs and falls but that wasn’t good enough, I ended up tearing my ACL, got surgery, still have the pins and screws in it, and it put me out of riding and had to recover for almost a whole year. It was terrible. I wore Donjoys after that but they weren’t padded or secure enough and didn’t feel quite right. That’s where the Asterisk knee braces came in. They fit so nicely, are comfortable and most of all prevent injuries like that from happening again. I haven’t had any problems or issues since I got them. It’s been great!
