If you are purchasing wheels, the condition of the spokes and nipples, as well as wheel truing, are the responsibility of the buyer. RETURNS
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Some items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
