We do not offer customer pick-up, our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist any walk-in traffic. Thank you for understanding. Our business hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Any order that is placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply. Wheels are shipped one wheel per box. Our Standard Shipping is FedEx Ground.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 days for domestic only.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
