● Includes PRO TAPER oversize bar clamps.
● This item has been cleaned and inspected and shows no damage, only normal wear from being a used item.
● Stem has no pitting or grooves, and threads all work fine for fork pinch bolts. Bearings move, but they should be inspected and possibly replaced.
● Please review all pictures closely as this is the best description.
