Frame has surface rust from sitting a while. Would recommend sandblasting before assembly. Pulled from a 2001 GASGAS EC250. No cracks. All threads appear intact. Vin number shown. No paperwork, not required in NC. Comes with linkage that has bad bearings (will need rebuilt before assembly)
