We specialize in rebuilding motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV, and off-road engines. Whether your engine has a failed crankshaft, worn piston, damaged bearings, transmission issues, or simply needs a complete refresh, we can inspect it and build it to your needs.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE LABOR:
• Complete engine teardown and inspection
• Inspection of crankshaft, bearings, transmission, cylinder, piston, head and cases
• Measurement of critical engine components
• Identification of worn or damaged components
• Professional cleaning of engine components
• Engine assembly
• Proper torque procedures and assembly specifications
• Final inspection before the engine is returned
PARTS & MACHINE WORK:
Parts and machine-shop work are NOT included in the purchase price.
Every engine is different, and we cannot determine exactly what parts or machine work will be required until the engine has been completely disassembled and inspected.
After inspection, we will provide you with a detailed list of the parts and services required to complete your rebuild. You will have the opportunity to approve the additional costs before we proceed.
We can source OEM and aftermarket parts based on your preferences and budget.

HOW THE MAIL-IN PROCESS WORKS:
- Purchase this LABOR-ONLY service.
- Contact us with your year, make, model, and engine information.
- Ship your engine to Kile Brothers Cycleworks.
- We completely tear down and inspect your engine.
- We provide you with a parts list and estimate for required parts and machine work.
- You approve the additional parts/machine-work costs.
- We complete the rebuild.
- Your completed engine is professionally packaged and shipped back to you.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are NOT included in the labor price.
We can provide an engine shipping kit to help you safely package and ship your engine to our shop.
You are responsible for shipping the engine to Kile Brothers Cycleworks. Return shipping will be quoted separately based on the engine and destination.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Typical turnaround is approximately 4 weeks after the engine has been received, inspected, and all required parts have been approved and received.
Turnaround times can vary depending on engine condition, parts availability, machine-shop work, and the complexity of the rebuild.

We will communicate with you and obtain approval before performing additional work that is outside the included rebuild labor.
