Brand new all parts are brand new set up was taken off a kx500 I built and was selling it the new ower wanted the oem stock parts on it the tire does come with the wheel the tire has been used on another wheel for one hour then taken off and the axle doesn't come with it as I said it was all set up and on the bike but never ran the bike with this wheel on it rotor is new as are the wheel spacers
